Youth Counselor Supervisors play an incredibly important part on this team and within our Community.  As a Youth Counselor Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to act as a mentor and to work directly with our youth, to guide, teach and support them in their daily lives while supporting other youth workers. Supervisors will help support the team through ongoing coaching and evaluation with Youth Counselors, to promote growth and support within the organization.   Supervisors will receive training in Trauma Informed Treatment: Restorative Approach to oversee Restorative Task assignments with our youth.  Youth Counselor Supervisors will work with staff and youth to help support a safe living environment through daily adherence and oversight of the environment of care responsibilities.  This position is great for those with experience in the field looking to elevate their skills.
